ONLINE TICKETING
Preamble
Tickets are non-refundable but exchangeable, subject to availability for the same category, at the following address: https://skycenter-marseille.com/gerer-ma-reservation/
In summer, the Single Entry ticket allows visitors to access the Sky Center:
-from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (except for special events)
-from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
All visitors must leave the premises at the times indicated.
For Sunset evenings, access is restricted to adults (18 years and older).
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. Please drink responsibly.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
Security checks and/or searches may be carried out at the entrance.
1. Purpose and Scope of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern any online order placed by a client (hereinafter the “Client”) on the website https://skycenter-marseille.com, concerning the purchase of one or more access and visit tickets for the Sky Center, located at 2 boulevard Euroméditerranée Quai d’Arenc, 13002 Marseille (hereinafter the “Tourist Products”). These tickets are marketed by the company World Trade Center Marseille Provence, a public limited company registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under number 070 805 320, whose registered office is located at 2 rue Henri Barbusse, 13001 Marseille, operating under the trade name “Sky Center”.
The Tourist Products are valid only for the date and time selected by the Client when ordering.
The GTC are available for consultation at any time on the Sky Center website.
1.2. The Client declares to be legally capable of contracting, i.e., to be of legal age and not subject to any legal protection measure.
1.3. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. The Client acknowledges having read them and waives the right to rely on any other document.
1.4. Sky Center reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
1.5. The fact that Sky Center does not exercise a right provided for by the GTC at a given time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
1.6. These GTC exclusively concern the provision of services, without transfer of ownership.
2. Ordering Tourist Products
2.1. Any order is subject to these GTC as well as the Sky Center internal regulations, available on the site.
2.2. The Client selects the desired Tourist Products via an online form. Before final validation, they can check and modify their selection. The order becomes firm and irrevocable after validation of the summary screen and clicking on “pay”, provided that they have:
- Selected the tickets and visit slots.
- Completed contact information and accepted the GTC.
- Entered payment information.
- Any modification must be made before final validation.
2.3. Once the order is validated, a confirmation page is displayed, and a confirmation email is sent to the provided address. Only the ticket received by email, printed or presented on a smartphone, allows access to the Sky Center.
2.4. Payment is secure and will only be debited once, at the time of final order validation.
2.5. The Client is invited to keep the confirmation page or email as proof of purchase.
2.6. Reduced-price tickets (child) require presentation of proof at the control point.
2.7. In accordance with Article L.221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, tickets constitute a leisure service with a determined date. No right of withdrawal applies. Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, even in case of loss, theft, or forgetting. A duplicate may be issued upon presentation of the confirmation email.
3. General Sales Conditions for Tourist Products
3.1. Access and activities
The purchase of a Tourist Product does not guarantee any particular advantage in case of high attendance. The Client acknowledges that certain activities mentioned on the Sky Center website may be cancelled, notably due to weather conditions, force majeure, or outside the tourist season. No compensation can be demanded in case of cancellation of an activity for these reasons or due to a third party external to the contract.
3.2. Prices
Prices displayed on the online ticketing system are expressed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise indicated. Each product sheet specifies the services included. Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include insurance, personal expenses (meals, drinks, tips, etc.), or any service not expressly indicated. Prices may be changed at any time without notice. However, the prices applied will be those in force at the time of order validation.
3.3. Payment
Payment is made exclusively by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via a secure payment system. The debit is made at the time of final order validation.
3.4. Proof of payment
A summary receipt mentioning the date and amount paid will be issued by Sky Center.
3.5. Exchange and modification
The Client can modify or exchange their ticket once only, subject to availability, via the following link: https://skycenter-marseille.com/echange/. Any modification may result in a price adjustment according to current prices. In case of cancellation by the Client (excluding force majeure), the sums paid remain acquired by Sky Center, without prejudice to any damages.
3.6. Illustrations
The visuals presented on the site are non-contractual but aim to give a faithful overview of the services offered.
4. Obligations of the Parties
4.1. Sky Center’s commitment
Sky Center undertakes to execute the order in accordance with these GTC, subject to compliance with the procedure described in Article 2.
4.2. Modification of services
In case of impossibility of execution (excluding force majeure), Sky Center may adapt the services, provided they remain consistent with the Client’s expectations. The Client will be informed in due course to give their agreement.
4.3. Internal regulations
Every visitor must respect the regulations displayed at the entrance to the site.
4.4. Instructions
The Client undertakes to follow the instructions communicated by Sky Center for the smooth running of the visit.
5. Liabilities
Sky Center may be exonerated from any liability in case of non-performance due to the Client or a case of force majeure.
5.1. Client’s responsibility
The Client is responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to personnel, other visitors, or equipment made available.
5.2. Limitation of liability
Within the limits provided by law, Sky Center disclaims all liability for damages suffered by the Client during their visit.
5.3. Loss or theft of ticket
Sky Center cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft of the ticket. A duplicate may be issued upon presentation of an identity document, order ID, and reservation date, provided the ticket has not already been used.
6. Force Majeure
Sky Center reserves the right to cancel or modify a service without compensation in case of force majeure or unforeseen event, as defined by law.
7. Applicable Law and Complaints
7.1. Les présentes CGV sont régies par le droit français.

8. Mediation and Dispute Resolution
