What happens if I arrive late?
If you are late, access to the terrace is not guaranteed. We will do our best to welcome you in the best possible conditions, but entry may be refused depending on how busy it is. We recommend that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the time indicated.
What are the opening hours?
The Sky Center is open Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (depending on the day).
On Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, visits booked for the 5:30 p.m. time slot last a maximum of one hour: visitors will be asked to leave the Sky Center at 6:30 p.m.

Is the site accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Sky Center is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Lifts and adapted equipment are provided to ensure a comfortable visit for all.
How long does the tour last?
The visit is free. Most of our visitors stay an average of 30 to 45 minutes, but you can take as long as you like to enjoy the view and the facilities.

Can I exchange or have my ticket refunded?
Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the event of cancellation on our part (exceptional bad weather, unforeseen closure, etc.). Please check the date and time of your visit before finalising your purchase.
