FAQ
What happens if I arrive late ?
Access to the terrace is not guaranteed if you arrive late. We will do our best to welcome you, but depending on how busy it is, entry may be refused. We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
What are the opening hours?
The Sky Center is open every day from July 12th to August 24th 2025.
Monday–Wednesday : 10:00 a.m.-08:00 p.m.
Tuesday-Friday-Saturday : 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
Sunday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (last entrance at 5:30 p.m.).
The Sky Center is open on weekends and school holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 07:30 p.m.
Is the site accessible to people with reduced mobility ?
Yes, Sky Center is fully accessible. Elevators and other adapted equipment are provided to ensure a comfortable visit for everyone.
How long does the tour last?
The tour is self-guided. Most of our visitors stay an average of 30 to 45 minutes, but you can take as long as you like to enjoy the view and the facilities.
Can I exchange or have my ticket refunded?
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your visit using the booking tool.
